What you'll need
Required:
Mid to senior level (2+ years) ASP.NET/C# experience
Sense of humor, good attitude, new ideas and an open mind
SQL Server 2005/2008
Sitefinity CMS dev experience, including at least one successfully-launched Sitefinity 4x site
Capable of talking about non-work related subjects
HTML/JavaScript/CSS
Ability to test your own work
Can "wear multiple hats" when needed and works well with others
Nice to haves:
CMS experience, LINQ, .NET 3.5
